Ajayi Blessing Jesutofunmi leads Trust and Support at DexTask. Her work sits at the heart of what makes the platform safe to use: verified students, clear support, and fair outcomes when something goes wrong.

She reviews student identity submissions, checks documents carefully, and verifies people who meet the standard to become trusted students on campus. When a submission is unclear or incomplete, she asks for better evidence rather than rushing a decision. She also handles account standing with seriousness, from temporary suspensions to escalations that need the Founder and CEO.

A large part of her Role lives in the daily inbox of the product. She answers website contact messages and app support tickets. She reads post trip reviews and operator reports, then acts when a note shows a safety or quality problem. On gigs, she reviews service listings, watches the errand board for unsafe posts, and works dispute cases by listening to both sides and looking at proof before recommending a fair outcome. When money must move, she prepares the facts and hands the payout decision to the Founder and CEO.

She also helps buyers and sellers when marketplace orders go wrong, because trust does not stop at one module. When a case needs a human voice, she will call or meet a student with patience and clarity. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, she brings both technical understanding and strong interpersonal skill to that work. She can explain the product without talking down to people, and she can protect the platform without sounding cold.

Blessing believes trust is built deliberately. Escrow, verification, and support only matter if students feel someone is paying attention. Her commitment is simple: every DexTask user should feel heard, guided, and protected throughout their experience on campus.
