Emmanuel Ayetan
Head of People and Campus Relations
Connecting people, campus helpers, and ground relationships that keep DexTask human
Emmanuel leads People and Campus Relations at DexTask. His Role is not corporate human resources theatre. It is practical people work for a living campus product. He cares for the network of helpers, ambassadors, and people who want to join, so DexTask never becomes a faceless app with no one on the ground.
He reads career interest submissions, follows up with people who want to work with the team, and makes sure strong candidates are not forgotten. When a campus inquiry is really about people, who can help, who can represent DexTask locally, who can run ground work, he helps Campus Operations sort that out with care.
A large part of his day lives outside the dashboard. He recruits and briefs campus ambassadors who can explain DexTask honestly to other students. He organises helpers for flyer runs, stand duty, and campus walks. He introduces promising Keke operators and campus helpers to Campus Operations so registration and approval can happen the right way. He keeps simple records of who volunteered, who showed up, and who should be invited again.
He stays in touch with student leaders and group presidents so DexTask has friendly paths into campus life. He listens for culture issues that could harm trust, and he raises them early with Trust and Support or Campus Operations before small problems become public ones. When Brand and Growth needs people on the ground for a campaign, Emmanuel is the one who gathers the hands and makes the distribution plan real.
He believes every strong campus product is built on relationships, clear communication, and people who feel trusted to act. By supporting teammates and campus helpers through practical onboarding and honest follow through, he helps DexTask grow with the right people beside it, not just the right features on screen.
